JEEBIN is the answer to days of experiments and observations by individuals with over 20 years of experience in the field of waste management. Geebin is undoubtedly the best among the various sources of waste management currently available in the public and private sectors. Geebin is India’s first multi-layer aerobic bin. An innovative product that treats organic waste from the kitchen and turns it into excellent organic fertilizer without sewage pollution, odour or pest infestation.

Geebin is the result of several years of experimental observations by Fob Solutions Pvt Ltd, which operates Startup Valley TBI at Amal Jyoti Engineering College. It can be said that Gee-bin is the first multilayer aerobic bin system in India. The T option is designed to detect and fix problems with current bins.

Features

  • Multilayer: A covering is provided in addition to the waste bin. This prevents the fly from laying eggs directly in the waste, thereby controlling worm infestations
  • Leachate Recovery System: Waste is always high in water content. When garbage is deposited daily, excess water flows down and leaks. A storage system has been arranged to manage this in Geebin. So, it is possible to prevent sewage from flowing out
  • Top Cover Grill System: Geebin can be placed in the kitchen or outside on the veranda. The lid is water tight. But grills are arranged on the side of the lid to let out the steam inside. Since the top is closed, the Geebin can be kept outside.

How does Geebin work?

A Geebin is a unit consisting of three bins stacked on top of each other. Install a multilayer aerobic bin in every house. Everyone put their organic waste in the bin properly. A household of 5 members can deposit about 25/30 days’ worth of organic waste in one bin.

Place the daily waste in the bin as soon as it occurs. Then in the evening sprinkle a little inoculum on top of the litter and mix well. The process continues until the bin is full. After one bin is full, close it and move it down to deposit the waste in the second bin. After that is full, start with the third bin. By the time this bin is full, the waste from the first bin will have turned into a good organic fertilizer. There is no moisture or odour in T fertilizer. After transferring them to a sack, this bin can be cleaned and reused for landfill. In this way, the Jeeb will work like a perfect bicycle.

In case of excessive water filling in the basing ring, the digester should be removed and the water in the ring should be removed
